Great american play
Despite not originally be considered important, Glengarry Glen Ross through its American themes has become a Great American Play. The play shows how each worker struggles in the non-worker friendly late 20th century while also trying to attain wealth to have the American Dream, a lot of money and a better chance for their children to get a lot of money. By displaying these two themes, the play has become widely recognized and praised for its depiction of the American worker. This depiction helped it gain the title of Great American Play.
