James LingkLingk is one of Roma's customers and possibly his most important one. Lingk purcahsed a property that won Roma a car, but he later recalls the deal saying "It's not me, it's my wife" (Mamet 54). This shows his characteristic as a pushover because he let Roma push him into the deal and he let his wife force him to recall it.
